While the world of internet marketing may be continually evolving, the basics strategies for online search are fairly easy to grasp. If you have a Web site, you would be wise to arm yourself with some of the basic principles. Beware of any SEO Specialist who tells you they know all the “Tricks” to getting you a page one rank on Google.
The fact is, following a few simple and effective strategies can go a long way towards improving your search rankings. It all begins with making sure that the content of each page of your Web site is well organized and clearly conveys to the search engines what your site is all about using some very simple SEO strategies.
The other critical component is promoting your Web site out on the world wide web. This includes blogging, using social media, obtaining quality links, getting listed in appropriate directories and pushing your content or related articles out to other sites. What some marketers refer to as “Off Page SEO”, is quickly becoming one the most important strategies for helping Web sites improve their search rankings with Google.
This is pretty straightforward stuff, the hard part is creating a plan and following through with each step. This is where I can help.
Two ways to work with me:
- Hire me to create an online marketing strategy, establish priorities and execute the plan. Taking the time to learn your business is an important step for me and allows me to accurately determine what strategies to employ in order to effectively market your site. My fees are reasonable and I will work within your budget.
- Hire me to create an internet marketing plan that you can then put into place. I will provide a road map and the tools you need to put these strategies into place yourself. This option is perfect for a company that has the resources to implement their own marketing plan and wants to gain control over this aspect of their business.
